Products Description
Rubber flexible joints are types of pipeline connectors characterized by high elasticity, high gas-tightness, resistance to various media, and weather resistance. These products leverage the advantages of rubber, including its elasticity, gas-tightness, medium resistance, weather resistance, and radiation resistance. They are made by combining high-strength, cold and heat-resistant polyester fabric with rubber through high-pressure, high-temperature vulcanization. They effectively overcome displacement and deformation caused by temperature and pressure changes, extending the pipeline’s service life. They feature high internal density, can withstand high pressure, provide good elastic deformation, and offer shock absorption and noise reduction. They are particularly suitable for connections in pumps and valves, pipelines with significant vibrations, and pipelines subject to frequent temperature changes. Commonly used in seawater, freshwater, hot and cold water, drinking water, domestic sewage, crude oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, refined oil, air, gas, steam, and granular powder applications.
